Welcome to our luxurious five bedroom vacation home in Washington, Utah, in the beautiful region of southern Utah. Our property offers ample space and modern renovations and amenities, including a community pool. The home is perfect for families or large groups seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Our home is conveniently located near some of Utah's most popular attractions, including Zion National Park, just a short 45-minute drive away. Other nearby natural wonders include Snow Canyon State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you can hike, bike, and explore the beautiful surroundings.

Our home features an open-concept living space with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen. The home's large windows and outdoor patio offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from the charming downtown area of Washington, Utah, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.

Walking through the front door of this gorgeous vacation home, you’ll realize that no detail was too small to consider to make this retreat comfortable and luxurious. The 5 bedrooms rental was designed to accommodate multi-family groups by giving them the space and privacy they need. From the elegant decorations to the countless upgrades, you and your guests will feel pampered and relaxed.

The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living room that extends into the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your friends and family, or to simply kick back and enjoy some great takeout. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table with seating for 7. The large kitchen island also offers additional seating for 4. Two laundry rooms, one on the main and another on the second floor, come stocked with all the supplies you will need during your stay. The main floor living room has ample seating with a large flat screen smart TV.

The main floor features 2 bedrooms. The main floor principal bedroom is the largest bedroom and is furnished with a king bed and smart TV. The principal bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second main floor bedroom has a queen bed along with an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs you’ll enjoy additional living space with a smart TV, large sectional, and ping pong table. This separate living area is perfect for the kids to play or hang out while adults gather downstairs. The second level features three additional bedrooms with 2 additional bathrooms.

Situated roughly a mile from I-15’s Washington Parkway exit 13 and a half mile from Telegraph Road, the Ladera community gives you quick access to downtown St. George as well as Washington’s Costco, Walmart, the Red Cliffs Mall, Megaplex Theaters, and a wide variety of restaurants.

Parking in the community is restricted to the home's two-car garage, driveway, or the designated guest parking found throughout the neighborhood. Garage includes EV 240V outlet but no charging cords are provided.

Suburban residential neighborhood in Washington City (part of the greater St. George/St. George metro area). Quiet streets, predominantly single‑family homes. Close local shopping and restaurants in Washington and nearby St. George (10–15 minute drive). Outdoor recreation is a major local draw — Snow Canyon State Park is minutes away, plus quick access to trailheads, mountain biking and scenic red‑rock drives. Short drives to grocery stores, clinics, and family attractions; most visitors use the area as a base for Zion (≈40–55 minutes) and southern Utah parks.

Car is the primary and most convenient way to get around; streets are suburban and parking is widely available. Interstate 15 (I‑15) is the main regional highway providing direct north/south access.
Rideshare and local taxis operate in St. George and can serve Washington but may have limited coverage late at night.
Regional bus/shuttle options exist but are limited: intercity shuttles and bus operators (for example services connecting St. George with Las Vegas and other Utah towns) run routes on demand; local fixed-route public transit is limited compared with larger metro areas.
Biking and walking are feasible for short neighborhood trips; many nearby parks and trails are easily reached by car or bike.
