Casa Cascada near Zion’s 2600 square feet boast 5 beds and 5 baths with 3 king suites, 2 living rooms, and a desert ravine view is perfect for a multi-couple getaway. Hang out at our lazy river, pool, hot tub, splash pad, or play pickle ball with the whole family. EV-ready. Centrally located to Zion National Park, championship golf courses, miles of hiking and biking trails, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, downtown St. George.
We are committed to providing you a superior stay. Three days before your arrival, we send information to help plan your trip. Check-in is contactless with your personalized door code. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available through messaging.
We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.
When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.
Feeling adventurous? Book an organized side-by-side tour through the red rocks and sand dunes at Sand Hollow.

The home is fully furnished offering in unit laundry with a starter pack of detergent and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials. A two-car garage, private driveway, and ample neighborhood guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!
The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 65” smart TV will stream your favorite shows with ample seating space. The fiber speed wireless internet with a mesh network to support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage.
When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, electric hand mixer, and drip coffee makers. Once everything is ready, gather around the 6-person dining table to savor the spread.
With outdoor dining for 6, comfortably watch the sun rise with your morning cup of joe over the red rocks from the privacy of our east facing patio. Grill burgers or steaks for your whole crew on our 5 burner gas grill. If you're lucky you may see a cottontail or jack rabbit just beyond our fence.
This home is set-up for a family vacation with accommodations for all ages. The loft offers a 65” smart TV, a game table, an array of board games from Ticket-to-Ride to Settlers of Catan, and a set of blocks and toys for little ones. Go head-to-head in a family game night or curl up and watch your family’s favorite movie! The neighborhood pickle ball courts and bike trail compliment the active lifestyle.
Traveling with multiple couples? Casa Cascada offers 3 king master suites with a private en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans, closet, and a desk to conveniently respond to a few emails. Everyone has the privacy and comfort they desire. The downstairs queen bedroom is perfect for those who don’t do stairs. The upstairs double queen room offers a desk, closet, ceiling fan, and view of a red rock ravine. There is a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft.
