Beyond the Green-Golf View and Pool View

Welcome to Beyond the Green!

Where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the 4th green at Coral Canyon Golf Course. This centrally located St George Utah Vacation Rental is the ideal accommodation for the perfect vacation getaway for golfing in St George, hiking and exploring Zion National Park. You'll also enjoy the water at Sand Hollow Reservoir or your sparkling swimming pools at the clubhouse. Coral Ridge has recently added another pool for all to enjoy!

This St. George, Utah Vacation rental features 2700 sq. ft. The home has a main floor master suite with jetted tub and large separate shower as well as a 39 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. The master has a French door to access the patio with its stunning views overlooking Coral Canyon. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry and granite counter-tops with seating for 9 at the bar and table. The family room is open to the kitchen with a fireplace and 48 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. Off of the family room overlooking the 4th green are all of the things you need to enjoy an evening sunset, including lounge chairs, outdoor tables, and seating and a gas BBQ. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, two-car oversized garage, half bath, and full capacity washer and dryer finish off the main level.

Main Level King Suite

Upstairs are three bedrooms in addition to a TV/Family room.
The first bedroom offers a king-size pillow-top with a private covered balcony and chairs to sit and enjoy the views of the pool as well as looking toward Zion National Park.

The second bedroom offers a King-size pillow-top with a French door to access a covered patio overlooking the 4th green and Coral Canyon.

​​​​​​​The Third bedroom has a king bed

The upstairs loft area has 1 Twin and one Double size mattress with a TV and DVD player to enjoy playing games or watching a movie undisturbed.

The final room upstairs is a room with a comfortable couch and overstuffed chair with ottoman to enjoy TV and relaxation away from the main floor.

Extras! 4 comfortable portable mattresses with pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a large assortment of games and other activities the children can do if they don't want to spend all of their time at the pool that is conveniently located less than 100 feet directly across the residential street. There is also a fishing pond across the street.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa! It was well-appointed and comfortable with a lovely view of the golf course and beyond. We enjoyed watching sunsets over the desert horizon and looking for hot air balloons in the mornings. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was right across the street from us! Such a great location. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and comfy. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and had what we needed. I would highly recommend this location!

There was plenty of room for the six adults and four kids we had along for this family trip. The space was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The pool being directly across the street was nice and the views on the course side of the house are beautiful any time of day but especially at sunset! Great location for our needs as well.

What an outstanding place to stay - well exceeded our expectations. The VRBO was well equipped, spotless clean, very comfortable beds and furniture, large dinning table for meals and card games, and zero complaints! For a family of hikers, very conveniet to Zion National Park, Kanarra Falls slot canyon water hike, ghost towns, and various state parks. An easy day trip to/from Bryce Canyon National Park. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would absolutely return!

Perfect Spot

Could not have had a better time. Great location near the pool and the back patio overlooks a green on Coral Canyon golf course. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Owners were awesome and communication was quick when we had questions. Will be back!

Great location and unit

We stayed at this location for approximately 3 weeks. The unit was very nice, wonderful view of the golf course and beautiful sunsets. This location is very quiet, even though you are across from the pool at hot tub. The main bedrooms are on the backside of the unit, facing the golf course. This location has quick access to both Zion via Hurricane and to downtown St George via the freeway. The beds are comfortable which is a biggie for us. We would recommend this unit and plan to come back again.

Warm and welcoming!

This property is located in a very nice neighborhood with well maintained community pool within barefoot-walking distance from the front door. Although there is no trailer parking at the house, there is a parking lot at the entrance to the neighborhood big enough for any size trailer.

Family Fun Weekend

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this large townhome. I have 3 adult children that need their own space and this townhome was extremely spacious. Perfect for us! And our pup joined us as well which we loved. Since it’s located in Coral Canyon, we were further out to avoid the crowds. Spent time in Hurricane and LaVerkin for meals and grocery shopping. Had a great time!

This is a great vacation rental, with a great balcony and patio that you can view the sunsets over the golf course. Plenty of room for a family, and right across from the complex’s pool.

Perfect Red Rock Getaway

We got really lucky with the weather, the crowds, and this townhome! It was huge! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and we got to bring our sweet dogs with us, which made everything better. We had the most wonderful week hiking and swimming and just enjoying the healing energy of the red rocks. I can't wait to go back.

Great Location

The home was located in a central area for all the activities we planned for our vacation—an easy drive to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow state park. We hiked up Angles landing and walked The Narrows; it was a beautiful day at the park and a relaxing evening at the pool across the street from the house. We rented an Rzr from Mad Moose Rentals (a great rental company) and had one heck of an adventure; the dunes were a blast. And once again, pool and hot tub in the evening. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The sunsets from the back patio were beautiful and a great space for relaxing at the end of the day. We will be back.

Perfect Place to Relax

We loved the property. We have stayed in other units in this development before and we love the location, the pools, and the golf course. The view from this unit is awesome. The beds were comfortable. We loved the space that it provided us. The Kitchen was well stocked. (could use a few more forks). We would rent this place again and just might reserve it for this Christmas. We love pet friendly rentals and understand that sometimes they might not see pet hair when cleaning. The only negative that I can report and just truly to let the owner or property manager know. The Rugs in the living room and master bedroom downstairs need a good cleaning/Shampooing. They are covered in dog hair. Again, not a deal breaker, just something to note. Loved this place dog hair and all and will give it 5 stars all day long! Thanks for having us

Good property, Great Location, lots of activities.

All in all this is a very good property. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the freeway, Zion National Park and St. George but yet still tucked away from the city chaos. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and even with a large family on either side of us during the vacation, it was still very quiet and relaxing. There were a few things that could be improved at this unit. The kitchen could be better outfit with utensils (knives were very dull, old utensils, lacking storage bowls for food and the coffee pot has seen better days. The other request would be to provide an umbrella and cushions for the outdoor furniture. We could find neither while at the unit Overall however we enjoyed our stay. As I said the unit itself was comfortable and quiet. Bed was great and the view from the back porch was great. We watched the sunsets every evening.
