Beautiful Sunrise, Rural, close to town, near wineries, next to Sunset Bluffs!

Beautiful large home enough room for everyone to find a space to escape! Hot tub to relax and unwind while the kids are playing basketball, having fun on the swing set, or in the pool. Once you enter the front door the outside view comes into the greatroom!!! the main floor of the house you will immediately be drawn to the great room and the floor to ceiling windows and the beautiful scenery that floods in from outdoors. The sunrises from here are definitely worth the early morning wake up. Walking through the great room you will see one of two dining areas, this one offers seating for 6, with additional bar seating in the kitchen. The deck with a grill overlooks the pool. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and 3 upstairs with two queen beds and 2 king beds.

We have stayed here now many times with my colleagues. Plenty of room for 5 grown men and always beautiful and clean. Easy the best place to stay in town. Highly recommend just not when I need it find some other lesser place cuz I call dibs on Beautiful Sunrise!! We will be back again and again!!

We LOVED our stay near Sunset Bluffs. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had more than we needed to make anything we wanted. The fireplace was amazing at heating up the living room when a cold snap came through, and the holiday decorations were such an unexpected surprise! So beautiful! The gentle green hills and open spaces were so beautiful, and brought so many different birds to the property. My son loved running around the backyard, and there was even a playground set for him to swing and slide on! The instructions for entry were very clear, and we felt safe and secure on the property.The house was also right down the road from Target, grocery stores, and many restaurants, which made getting anything we needed super easy. It is so close to Sunset Bluffs that if the event space is lighting off fireworks, you get your own front row seat to a spectacular show! Thank you for an amazing stay! 10/10!

Our host, Donna, greeted us and was so friendly! She wished me a very Happy Birthday. The home is beautiful and perfect for my friends. All of the beds were comfortable, and I loved the open concept from kitchen to great room. We had the most beautiful sunrise from the floor to ceiling windows from that great room. After our day at a local bar/restaurant, we throughly enjoyed the amazing massage chair in the lower level.

This property is perfect for a large family gathering! Plenty of bedrooms and extra mattresses for the kids to sleep on, but wonderful spaces indoors and out for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to cook a meal for a crowd. The pool is a hit with the grandchildren (and their parents!). Donna is a wonderful host and is very accommodating. We highly recommend this property if you need space for a large group.

We loved our stay here! Country setting was relaxing with amazing views. The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The host communicates well and makes sure you are taken care of. An added bonus was there was not a giant to do list for check out, it was an easy and simple checkout, unlike other houses that make you clean everything. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would book again!

Awesome house!

Our family loved this house! We spent the weekend swimming and enjoying the hot tub! We also used the gas firepit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows! There were 15 of us (8 adults & 7 kids ranging in age from 3-8) and there was plenty of space for all of us! The kitchen is equipped with any appliance or utensil you need. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, and the whole house is very clean. There's even another living area and kitchen in the basement.The view from the deck is gorgeous and it's so peaceful. The sunrise is worth getting up early to see!The house is about 5 minutes from town, so it's a quick trip for stocking up on food, snacks, etc.

Great stay for family gathering!

This was a great house for our family gathering! Adults and children alike enjoyed the stay. The pool was a big hit with everyone (although it was a little warm with the hot weather) and there were many different spaces people could hang out in. The surrounding was beautiful, as well. Location was out in the country, but a quick drive and convenient to in-town amenities. One downside was that we could hear music from the nearby event venue late into the night one of the nights.Donna was very responsive and answered all the questions we had in a timely manner.

Family Reunion 2025

June 4 - 8, 2025. I have to say that our host at this house is hands down one of the best we have ever had. House was clean, great view, games to play, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the beds & pillows were comfortable. We had a Fireworks show from the nearby Wedding venue Friday & Saturday night. Pool & hot tub were fun. The 1st morning we were there we had an issue with the water. Donna (the host) took care of it immediately. (Out of the ordinary, weird issue.) There was also a tornado warning during our stay and she made sure we were aware. She truly cares about your experience at her place and is very personably. I highly recommend this property. My siblings & I along with our families have been doing something together every summer for 28 years now. So we have some experience with renting places that can accommodate 15-25 people. This is by far one of our best experiences.

The home is absoulutly gorgeous! The views from the large living room windows are breaktaking! We loved the rural location and liked that it was just a short ride to downtown Washington.

Country Livin’

Country Livin’ at its finest with a little extra. Our company is based in Washingto MO and we have recently started staying in VRBOs to be able to hang out and have a bit more space. This place had all the space we could want and more. Great bedrooms, huge kitchen where we made and had a team dinner! Awesome outdoor spaces with jacuzzi, fire pit and yard for days!! We will definitely return… probably next month actually!!! Thank you for great hospitality and a wonderful place to stay.
