Welcome to ( After Dune Delight ) Located in the Heart of Sunny Southern Utah. Just minutes away from, Sand hollow, Quail Creek, Snow Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Toquerville Falls, St. George and many more attractions. Perfect for outdoor activities Including Golfing , Biking, Hiking, Sporting Events, Tuacahn, and the best Off Road Trails in the Country.

Located minutes off Utah's Largest Interstate I 15. Exit 16. State Liquor store, Gas Stations, Large shopping Centers, Restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Lyn's, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, Off Road Vehicle Rentals,Boat Rentals, Bike Shops all within Miles of the After Dune Delight. St George and Hurricane Are Also right Down the Road.

Our fabulous town home is large and spacious with plenty of room for family and friends to gather. Located in the Coral Ridge community. This space is fully furnished with your comfort and needs in mind. Featuring four Bedrooms and two and a half baths. This space easily sleeps 10. Main floor Master with a king bed, 2nd bedroom upstairs with a king, 3rd Bedroom upstairs twin/ full and Trundle , 4th bedroom upstairs two twin bunk beds.

Amenities include two community pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, Putting Green and a play ground. Pools are heated all year round. Hot tubs and community center are open 7am-10pm. There is also a stocked fishing pond at the Razor Ridge park at the entrance of Coral Ridge. The Property is very Well Maintained and Clean.

There is a single car garage for parking and storage for all your toys. Included is a Bike rack, Camping Chairs, and a wagon for Hauling the Goods.

Our home also features a Private Back patio with nice outdoor furniture great for Relaxing and Grilling with Family and Friends. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. Definitely a home away from home.

The rental was perfect! Clean, well supplied, comfy beds, plenty of space and extras (soaps, paper towels, beach towels, wagon) that made the stay easy and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful and relaxing. There are so many hiking areas within 30-45 minutes of the rental. Guyla was so attentive, flexible and quick to respond to requests or messages. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Great stay in St George!

Great townhome close to parks

My family stayed here on our way back from the national parks in southern Utah. It was a great place to relax, cook a meal, and spread out after staying in hotels for a week. The home was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked and very organized, had everything we could need. We visited Snow Canyon state park for the lava tubes- highly recommend! Guyla was very responsive, answered any queries through the VRBO app right away. I would recommend this home and would stay here again.

Great Place!!

After Dune Delight

Great location, issues with pool key, no Kleenex in the house no fabric softner for laundry, the bunk beds need a small table and lamp between them so you don’t have to get to turn off light, house was nicely decorated, pool was great when we finally got the key,the air did not circulate to the upstairs very well the beds must be over vents, beds are very comfortable, neighbours were a little loud with there Video games in the evening went and talked to them about it, they were very understanding and a nice young family, floor was really dirty though when we moved in our socks were black and bare feet after only hrs of moving in they had a mop but no pail to use, managed to use the sink , the air vents in lower master bedroom, living room,kitchen very dirty the back of the master bedroom door had dust on it from running fan , under master bed there were gummy bears and wrappers had not been cleaned very well, cleaning was not satisfactory Had a great trip other than that weather and neighborhood were perfect

Very clean, Great Stay

There were 8 of us in the house - family, grandparents. The house is exceptionally clean and organized. The location was great. The pool was very nice. Very close to a lot of great hiking opportunities. The only drawback to this house is that there are only two showers, and one is in the master bedroom with no shower curtain or door, so the people in the master bedroom have to leave their room for someone else to use their shower. Upstairs, there are beds for about 8 people, but only one shower. That was inconvenient when everyone needed to shower before bed after a long day of hiking. Everyone reported the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens. Overall, great.

Nice and Comfortable

We loved walking around the pond. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool and playing ping pong. The owners were great to work with. We were very comfortable staying there and felt safe. Over all great time!

Comfortable and clean

This property is very well managed, it is clean and had plenty of space for 9 of us. We stayed here as it is about halfway for us and some friends who live in another state, we made a lot of great memories around the kitchen table. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. Thanks for the use of the property.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay

Upon entering, we were amazed at how clean and organized the place was. It was nice to have a cool place after a day in the hot Southern Utah sun. The video game console was a nice throwback for us old-timers. This is definitely a home for small children. Lots of bunk beds. Keep in mind, is a very densely built condo subdivision. If you're trying to "get away from it all", this is not your place. But having the pools and clubhouse nearby (virtually a block away) was nice and relaxing. There was noise from the neighbors (as late as 11pm and early as 7am). Apparently they like to watch TV with the volume blasted. My only gripe with the place was that there is a closet in the MB that holds a lot of spare items: towels, washcloths, blankets, etc. But a lot of the drawers in the bathroom were filled will more towels and cloths, thus providing us little space for our own toiletries. Other than that, a nice place to establish a "base" for getting to all the places around StG.

Perfect for a St. George vacation

I surprised my fiancé for his birthday with a trip down south to stay with friends. The house was perfect at fit 10 very comfortably. The living space had ample seating, the TVs worked great for watching fights, kitchen was well stocked and organized. The nice additions of having towels, lounge chairs, and a wagon were much appreciated. We went to Sand Hollow for a day of swimming, the home is close to restaurants and St. George to meet more friends was just a short drive away. Guyla was an amazing host, they responded quickly, and was there to answer any questions if needed. Checkout was short and easy. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay!

Excellent Accommodations

As soon as we walked in the door we noticed the delightful clean smell. The kitchen was so well stocked that nothing was lacking for cooking. We enjoyed a good night rest. This was a great place to stay.
