Upon arrival and throughout the stay, we encountered the following issues :• The property was unclean upon arrival• A dead roach was present• Heavy dust accumulation in ceiling fans and throughout the home, which triggered symptoms for guests with dust allergies and asthma• Visible mold in the kitchen sponge and dish detergent dispenser• Growing mold on the main-level bathroom ceiling above the light fixture, raising serious health and ventilation concerns• Dirty and unfilled soap dispensers• A door knob secured with electrical tape, presenting a safety and maintenance concern• A broken mirror in the basement bathroom• Burn marks on walls and cabinetry• TV remotes not functioning for multiple televisions• A grungy guest book, indicating lack of routine upkeep• Insufficient kitchenware, including no wine glasses• Low-quality dishes inconsistent with the listing and nightly rate• An unorganized and poorly maintained seasoning cabinet• A microwave showing signs of melting, presenting an additional fire and safety risk
