"Clean & friendly staff"

"I checked in late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a comfortable and restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered ants all over both of the full beds. It was extremely unsettling and clearly indicated a lack of proper cleanliness and maintenance. "We had such a relaxing stay! The grounds are gorgeous, our room was stunning and the breakfast was delicious! We can't wait to go back!"

"I stayed in early April. Check-in was easy. Staff was polite and checkout was easy. I didn't have the continental breakfast. The location was great. We loved being able to just walk over the bridge to New Hope and the view was nice from our room. The only downside was that the heat came on and shut off automatically. The system was very loud and hindered our sleep. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "

"Staff were very lovely. Parking was free about 2 blocks away in a lot, which is decent for such a busy part of town. The location is great. Linens and tub/sink were clean, Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. The bar was well stocked on the $25 coupon for it was thoughful. They allowed us to check out an hour late. "Good for a one night stay. Breakfast was terrible. Dried up eggs, sausage sitting in grease and no cold cereal options. It was obvious it had not been tended to."

"the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least "
