"This rental property was perched on top of Mt. Valhalla near Washburn, WI, and it had a spectacular view. We loved sitting on the front porch and reading. The home was clean, quiet and well maintained. The host was very responsive. We came on a hot week so we appreciated the air conditioning upstairs and the air in the downstairs once we figured out how to use it. The location was good but the road to get to the home was gravel, sand and clay. It had rained quite a bit before we arrived so there...

"This was the second time we stayed, the first being in 2019. Both times the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need. The entire house was neat, clean, and organized. A wonderful place to stay with family or friends and visit the surrounding area and all it has to offer. With so much to see and do in the area it’s easy to be on the go, but plan to stay an extra day or two to just enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the estate. "

"The house is beautiful! It was our home away from home. Bayfield has been on my family's bucket list & it did not disappoint. We stopped at Copper Falls State Park on our way up. We did the Apostle Island tour and Madeline Island for a day. We went swimming & fishing. We took a spontaneous drive up to Small Sand Bay one evening. "We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great landing spot within quick driving distance of so many hiking trails, beaches, and waterfalls that we couldn’t find time to see them all! Also a quick drive to town where you can find anything you might need. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. The yard was a nice place to relax around the fire at night and watch the stars. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return. "

"Tasteful, clean and super comfortable! This property offers beautiful views surrounded by nature and close proximity to lots of amazing area attractions. When we had a little issue and needed to contact the property manager, they responded immediately. This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We especially loved morning coffee on the patio overlooking Lake Superior. Highly recommend!!"
