Top of the tower penthouse suite in Village of Warwick

This is a very unique place to stay within a fully restored grain tower. Two bedrooms, one bath plus den with private roofdeck. No full kitchen just a kitchenette as we want you to enjoy all the amazing restaurants our area is filled with. You'll be staying just steps from the bustling shops and nightlife of Warwick. The tower suite is located on the Railroad side of the building. There is a small river, but lots of ducks and bird watching.
Please note this is a walk up with lots of stairs but the payoff is wonderful views from the top of your suite, including Appalachian trail mountain ridge.
Both bedrooms are equipped with comfy queen size beds, carpeting, closets, dressers, smart tv, ceiling can, desk fan, extra chair and big windows with black out curtains for a nice night sleep. On same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower with amazing water pressure. The top floor is a large open den with Couch, a daybed, dining table, smart tv, kitchenette and small roofdeck with two Adirondack chairs.
The entire space is decorated with bright and lively pieces by local artists.
The best part about the space is how close it is to everything Warwick has to offer.
Please know it is located right on the railroad tracks. There is a freight train that goes by once or twice a day mainly on the weekdays. It's loud! But also part of the excitement.
