The house benefits from a modern and stylish lounge area equipped with sofa seating for 5, a sofa bed, a large SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.

CELLAR/OFFICE/GAMES ROOM:
The property is an old terraced house with the original cellar that has been beautifully converted into a comfortable office space and games room. It has a multi-game table complete with table top football, pool table and ice hockey as well as others. To access the other games, the table top football section must be lifted off the table with two people to access the other stored games underneath.

KITCHEN AND COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a variety of meals whilst away in Warwick. There is a gas hob, an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster, as well as a breakfast bar area that seats 3.

BATHROOMS:
There is one full bathroom in the property that are equipped with a bath, an overhead shower, toilet and sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet.

GARDEN AREA:
Guests can enjoy a lovely courtyard garden space, complete with a patio and table and chairs, great for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
