"Hotel novo, limpo, equipe educada e prestativa"

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"Great and convenient hotel"

"This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get."

"The HVAC unit was really noisy."

"Quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro. Janela não abre. Falei na recepção do cheiro, falaram que hotel lotado (não me parece...), que nao tinham outro quarto e p/ procurar a gerência "no dia seguinte" (só tenho 1 diária, felizmente)"

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."

"Nossa hospedagem foi muito boa, o hotel tem boa piscina e academia. O café da manhã é farto e com atendimento gentil da funcionária "

"After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"Great location. Walking distance to breakfast places and restaurants. Clean, quaint, friendly staff."

"Muito bem localizado, está novo."

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."
