"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! "

"We had to come to the area for a memorial. I wanted a place we could decompress after emotionally difficult days. This home was better. It was a place for our family to build joyful memories and bond. From the game room, where even my adult kids had fun to the well sized bedrooms with comfortable beds everything there screamed relax & recharge. Even cleaning up after preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen felt happy as I watched the horses in their pasture. The hosts was also very kind...

"Family coming in from the North, South, and West. Meeting together for a family event. This house was centrally located for everyone to go off and visit friends in MD, Newark, and Wilmington and then all attend a family event in PA. Easy check in and great communication with the host. "

"The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring."

"Check in was easy, it’s a beautiful home. Having the dock was great to have our jet skis. Very comfortable sleeping and bathroom spaces, and a great kitchen which we put to use for several meals."
