The Hamilton Loft is located in Warsaw, Virginia, the heart of the Northern Neck. While this house’s best feature is its loft, the large amount of natural light that comes into the house is a close second.

The loft is a beautiful second sleeping area (queen) that overlooks the main bedroom (full). Recently installed skylights provide a sense of airiness & warmth that pairs well with the wooden accents throughout the house. Linens are provided.

A full bathroom is located off the bedroom with a shower, tub, and toilet. Towels are provided.

The living room is complete a Smart TV, board games, and cards.

The kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a 2-in-1 coffee maker and Keurig. Supplies also include a Brita, essential cookware, and basic tableware & glassware. Dryer/washer available to guests.

This renovated tiny house is located less than 2 min. (10-min. walking distance) from Warsaw’s Main Street where you can find local restaurants, cafes, shops, & park. Public access to the Rappahannock River is a 10-min. drive down the road.
