The developed neighborhood offers the convenience of extensive retail and service infrastructure, cultural venues and exceptionally convenient transport links. Many recreational green areas in the walking vicinity, such as Skaryszewki Park (250 m), the Warsaw Zoo (2 km), or Vistulan Boulevards (1,3 km) create a perfect opportunity for a morning jog or an evening walk in nature. Praga district is also known for an artistic scene – just 3-minute walk away from the building there is a theatre, and 8-minutes away – The Praga Museum.
The location has great access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to well-developed network of public transport. The nearest metro station Stadion Narodowy is just 5-minutes by foot from the apartment, and the closest train station, Warszawa Wschodnia, just 8 minutes (650 m). Both the city center and the Old Town can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes using the public transport.
