The apartment is located in a new, monitored housing estate on the border of Ochota and Rakowo. It is a quiet neighborhood, which at the same time is well connected to the city center. Just a 10-minute walk separates you from the Szczęśliwicki Park, and within 1 km you will find a shopping center. There are also grocery stores and service points nearby.
