The Space:

The 132 m² two-level apartment is designed for 9 people. On the first floor you will find a living room with access to a balcony, a separate kitchen and a toilet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, including one with a balcony, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The interior is functionally furnished, with separate work areas.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a quiet, green district of Italy. You are just a 5-minute walk from Kotanski Park, and 2.2 km away is the sprawling Szczęśliwicki Park with a year-round ski slope. In the neighborhood you will find numerous stores and eateries that will make everyday life easier. The location is well connected to the rest of the city.



Getting Around:

The apartment is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Four bus stops and two tram stops are nearby, providing easy access to Warsaw's most important attractions. A metro and train stations are located a little further away. Another advantage is the proximity to Chopin Airport, just 5 km away. All transportation options are easily found on the provided map.
