"This is a beautiful property!!! The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nice and comfortable. Excellent front desk, breakfast & housekeeping staff. Rooms are so clean, beds are comfy! Starbucks right across the street. Near a beautiful walking trail for exercise after dinner."

"The Holiday Inn staff was wonderful! They were accommodating, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, and it was nice to enjoy a hot cup of coffee each morning. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is beginning to show its age. The room we stayed in would benefit from updated mattresses and a new sleeper sofa. "Not a good breakfast, had trouble with the toilet"

"Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”."

"Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!"

"Room was very clean and nice. The hotel seemed very clean, the pool could use a new ladder and a little TLC. The Breakfast was very good and had a lot of nice options!"

"The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room."

"The property is a great place to stay if you have an overnight layover. What I wish I knew is that if you are planning to take the airport shuttle (especially in the middle of the night), let them know way in advance, days in advance, and call a few times to confirm."
