"Lovely little cabin. Would be nice to have a larger back porch with screen since the creek and a small waterfall is so beautiful to look at and enjoy the sound. Inner tubes were in the basement with the laundry so we enjoyed a float on the creek. "

" The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again."

"😃 The cabin has comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, great for colder days! the kitchen has new utensils and appliances. outside there's a nice fire pit, great for hot chocolate and marshmallows! Excellent location and incredible river view. we love to stay in the cabin for 4 days, we'll definitely be back! Suggestion: a hot tub would make the cabin perfect! 😕deep cleaning in the bathrooms, watch out for spider web."

"Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap were provided. Very clean and nice place. Refreshing cooler air as we are going through a heat wave at home. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs listening to the bird's and seeing 8 deer 2 mornings. "

"The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and relax by the creek for the long holiday weekend. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. We didn’t leave the property except for long walk and our dog loved floating with us in the river followed by hot tub soaks for the humans. "Loved the new back deck surrounded by wild garden of ferns,flowers and trees. The fire pit was cozy. The master bed was as comfortable as a luxury hotel. I really enjoyed cooking on the chef’s stove. Just loved everything about the Tanglewood.So comfortable. And the host was very hospitable. Always giving updates and specific information about the cabin. No guesswork about anything. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay. Very relaxing."
