"We booked for my parents when the came into town. Checked in and the room was so heavily perfumed it was choking. The air conditioner front was broken and you could see mold thick and growing in it. My mom has cancer and could not stay there. We immediately checked back out. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked by Expedia. Even though I had just paid at the front desk. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I was told they approved the refund and...
