"Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean."

"We really liked the Sake bar. We wish we could have tried the main restaurant, but there were no vegetarian options. The Sake bar had some vegetarian starters that my wife liked."

"Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. "

"Unfortunately I got room 233 which is right next to a hallway chat area for guests (there is a coffee table with 4 comfortable chairs around it). Each night a different set of teenagers had conversations there past 10 PM with the noise level you'd expect of teenagers so I had to go shush them in my pajamas at 11 PM (I kept waiting for them to realize it was after 10 PM... wishful thinking on my part). There should be a card on the table or such to warn guests to be quiet after 10 PM or...

"The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in did took a good 20ish minutes because only one person was doing everything.! The room was okay. Good size pool. Breakfast was good not a whole lot but everything was good. They do have side doors open which is kinda creepy because anyone can just walk in without being noticed. Otherwise it was ok. Near by gas station and restaurant 8 minutes away from Ilani casino and 10 minutes away from In-and-Out. "

"Breakfast was good, staff were super nice lady with flowers in hair was so sweet! But the room looked ok but there were ants all over the room and the drain was clogged and the water built up in bath while showering. "

"I was disappointed as usually Hamptons are decent hotels. Breakfast was chaotic, out of stock of most everything, including plates. Staff were not necessarily rude, but not real friendly or really involved in their job. Gym was decent. Pool was much smaller than appears in photos. Our rooms shampoo, conditioners were empty. Had to pay for parking and wifi. Should've just stuck with the Holiday Inn 2 miles away (was way better!)"

"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"This is the way a hotel should run. Owner made check in effortless and we played cards with friends out on the patio. Nicest space to stay in Vernonia. It also helps that when we travel we act in a kind and respectful manner. I will stay here again."
