"It’s an old farm house with a lived in feel. The setting was relatively central. Clean. Plenty of towels/linens. Had a small maintenance issue during our stay and the host was very communicative and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Warren Falls right down the down, Shelburne and Burlington within an hour, Middlebury and Montpelier even closer. No AC in the middle of some record breaking heat wasn’t bad as we did as they suggested and closed windows and curtains during day and opened them back...

"Nice location off of Route 100 there was a little road noise but the house is situated a bit back. The seating was super comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was awesome to be able to bring our pup! "

"Our group of seven had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It is a lovely quiet area, but close to the downtown area of Warren. We were in VT for our daughter's graduation from Middlebury College, about a 45 minute drive away, which was perfect for us. It allowed us to avoid the hustle and bustle of the graduation crowds, but allowed us easy access to all campus activities. We would definitely stay again!"

"The house was not really cleaned. The floors had been vacuumed, but when you moved a lamp you found dirt. The cupboards in the kitchen were full of crumbs. The firewood was too long to fit in the stove. We had a great time. This is intended to be constructive. "

"Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our large family for the weekend. Lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our needs."
