"We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. "

"went to a wedding near by and wanted a clean updated place to stay. This was perfect!"

"We were in town for a wedding and a weekend of RnR. This is the perfect spot for that! The cabin was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch swing and evening drinks by the fire while listening to nature. It truly was a great location to unwind and recharge. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking this cabin!! A communication with Peter, he was the best host ive ever encountered while booking a trip. Highly recommend."

"Overall our stay was fantastic. 100 acres, trails, the ponds. I think the dogs had the most fun! Living in the Green Mts. of Vermont I'm not easily impressed by natural beauty, but the drive there and views from the deck were top notch! AND!!! It's not mentioned in the description, but wild raspberries and blackberries abound, practically steps from the door. We were there July 30-Aug 1, and we easily picked 2 pints. Already looking forward to going back next summer."

"This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make...

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the hot tub and the outdoor couch and TV. House was very clean and well maintained."

"We have stayed in some lovely properties, this one included. What made this stay so special is that they shared more than a lovely, clean house. They shared their home. They had all of basics you would need, including cooking oils and spices, different options for coffee and more. They a wide variety of cookware, glassware (if you couldn't find it in the kitchen you could find it in their china cupboard), dishes and small appliances, some of which I didn't know existed. They responded faster...

"The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we would suggest is removing the trophy animals (three deer heads and a turkey). Not everyone is comfortable with such...

"Our stay was perfect! Our adult children loved the board games, we had a fuse-ball tournament and then relaxed in the spacious hot tub. Great enclosed balcony at the front of the house overlooking a huge front yard for our dog, and a great entertaining deck out back with large bbq and patio furniture. It was so tranquil - we even were luck enough to see deer come close in the forest at the property line. Perfect!! "
