The holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tiefwarensee lake and can accommodate two people. It is located in a residential building on a 900 square metre property and has a separate entrance. The holiday apartment has a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a radio, a small seating area (2 armchairs) and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a small walk-in wardrobe. The apartment also has a modern kitchen with kitchenette and electrical appliances (fridge with freezer section, electric hob, oven, dishwasher) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a WC and a walk-in shower. The apartment is heated by electric heating and is fully tiled on the floor. It is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. There is also a car parking space, storage space for bicycles and a furnished seating area in the garden. The property is a non-smoking flat and pets are not permitted. The following services are included in the total price: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
