The 87 m² holiday apartment for a maximum of 7 people and a small child is located on the entire upper floor of the host's house on a 600 m² residential property in the Jägerhof district of Waren. The holiday apartment was extensively modernised and partially refurnished in 2022 and is approx. 5 km from the spa town of Waren. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, tiled stove), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, 1 x 1 single bed) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Heating is provided by central heating and the tiled stove in the living room (firewood available). Outside there is a covered outdoor seating area with garden furniture, barbecue, secure storage for bicycles, a small pool and 2 parking spaces.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and is payable locally: Tourist tax.



The holiday apartment is located on the owner's residential property in Jägerhof, a district of the town of Waren. The climatic health resort is only about 5 kilometres away. The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths.
