Ferienwohnung Waren (Müritz)

Located directly on the Tiefwarensee lake, there are two holiday apartments for 2 people each in a separate holiday home on the owners' approx. 1,700 m² residential property. Access to the lake with jetty and bathing ladder is only separated by a cycle path. The centrally heated, approx. 35 square metre apartment was extensively renovated and completely refurnished in 2021. The apartment has a living room (upholstered seating area, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, car parking space, sun loungers, a beach chair and plenty of seating and sun loungers on the large property. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Spa tax, rowing boat (if desired) 10 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
