The "Buhne 3" holiday apartment is an elegant new building in the "Hookser Perle" (Hooks Pearl) and impresses with its fantastic location and modern, comfortable furnishings across 81 square meters.

Large balcony windows make the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area bright and inviting; the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped. A washing machine and additional storage space are available in the adjacent utility room. A large, modern infrared sauna is integrated into the hallway. During the colder months or on rainy days, this sauna provides extra moments of relaxation.

There are two bedrooms, each furnished with hotel-style beds featuring adjustable slatted frames. Both bedrooms have televisions and offer ample storage space for your holiday clothes. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double vanity. A separate guest toilet is also available.

The southwest-facing balcony is furnished; here you can relax and unwind with a cup of tea at the end of the day.


There are two bedrooms, each furnished with hotel-style beds with adjustable slatted frames. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating, and there is secure bicycle storage with a power outlet for e-bikes. Parking is available in front of the building, and the apartment (first floor) can be reached by elevator or stairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
