The popular Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park is located directly on a 3-kilometer-long sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. Families, in particular, will find plenty to do here: The subtropical water park, the Jungle Land adventure park, and a water ski facility (open from Easter to October) ensure an unforgettable holiday for the whole family, whatever the weather. From February 16 to June 27, 2025, and from September 7 to June 26, 2026, as well as from August 30, 2026, to March 21, 2027, you have free admission to the subtropical water park (limited to 3 hours per day; additional charges apply for longer stays). Whether you stay in one of the holiday homes or an apartment, you always have your own terrace or balcony and are just steps away from the sea.

The Weissenhäuser Strand holiday and leisure park is surrounded by dunes and natural landscapes and is located near Hohwacht, below the island of Fehmarn. The state capital Kiel is not far away, and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck is also easily accessible from here.
