Bedding Configuration

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Bunk Beds (4 Singles) Please note: Top bunks will not be made on arrival due to OH&S. Linen is provided and left folded at the end of each bunk.

Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.

Pets Welcome! You are required to please notify Bright Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable.

Please note property has external non audio safety cameras at front entrances of the property.

Bunk Beds - Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all bunks at the property will not be made up on arrival. The appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed.

Firewood for the wood fire is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood. Extra firewood can be purchased by guests at several locations in town.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your swimming towels.
Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at 3pm on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern to our after hours mobile, within 24hrs of arrival –
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you have checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
