"This lovely cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Conveniently located, a quick walk to the beach, very clean, and easy/friendly host communication! We loved walking around the corner to Sea Level for breakfast. So nice to have parking right out front. The outdoor shower was a nice feature after walking back from the beach. Definitely 5 stars!"

"Host was great with communication and so helpful. We had a problem with the grill and within a half hour he sent someone to fix it! Our grandkids LOVED the upstairs play area!"

"Lovely home! It felt like a magazine and was decorated and designed so cute! The beds were soft and had nice linens. It was way cleaner than a hotel and the stuff is much nicer. The host was lovely as responsive. The check in and out is easy. The house had about 3-4 beach chairs, toys, 2 boggie boards, and a few smaller umbrellas. The hot tub is lovely. There is also a lift for your luggage or groceries, which was so nice! Some general advice, once you get to the beach entrance, it’s a long walk...

"Surfing’ Sunrise was in a perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, private road, lots of beach toys and amenities, close to shops and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. Our children especially loved the ping pong table!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Great water views and outside deck. The neighborhood mix of vacation and permanent residences took away somewhat of the vacation vibe. Numerous renovations in progress were not aesthetically pleasant."
