Elevated 4-Bedroom Home with Mountain Views

Enjoy mountain views and the lush Sticky Forest backdrop from this stylish multi-level Wanaka home. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas, it is ideal for families or groups seeking space and comfort.

The lower level includes a cosy living area with TV, heat pump, and outdoor access. It has one queen bedroom with ensuite, plus two bedrooms with two single beds in each. A family bathroom and separate toilet are also on this level.

The foyer level has the master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and nearby laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with TV, heat pump, and balcony seating. A second living area includes a TV and gas fireplace, with a separate guest toilet.

The home includes three Smart TVs, a gas fireplace, heat pumps, and ample off-street parking. The garage is not available.

Bremner Bay is approximately a five-minute drive away, Sticky Forest around six minutes, and Wanaka township and lakefront around eight minutes. Cardrona is approximately 33 minutes by car.

Starter supplies include toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher detergent or tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. These are initial supplies and may need replenishing for longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire home.

~ Guest Verification & Guest Portal ~

All guests must complete our verification process before arrival. This is completed through our SuiteOp guest portal, where you’ll find property information, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and local Wanaka recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 25 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
