The current nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly and represents excellent value for guests who plan to be out and about during the day.

Welcome to Tiro Nui (meaning “expansive view” in te reo Māori), a brand new, architecturally designed retreat set in the heart of Wanaka. With sweeping views over Lake Wanaka and the majestic mountains beyond, this modern sanctuary offers style, warmth, and an unbeatable central location.

This thoughtfully designed home spans two levels and features three spacious bedrooms: one king, one queen, and one flexible king that can be split into two long singles—perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is equipped with its own heater, and there’s a heat pump on both levels to ensure year-round comfort.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is a welcoming space flooded with natural light. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the ever-changing alpine views, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun dips behind the peaks.

Tiro Nui also features a full laundry for added convenience, and a secure garage for storing bikes, skis, or your vehicle—ideal for adventurers looking to make the most of everything Wanaka has to offer.

This stunning property has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are 3 bedrooms in total:
Bedroom 1: King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 King singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a super king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.
