Easy to get to Wānaka town - 5 minute bike or 30 minute stroll. 10 minute walk to the lake.

There is a comfortable fold out double couch in the living room, this is the third bed and what enables the house to sleep 6 people.

The garage is locked and not available to guests. The garage may need to be accessed by the homeowners one day during. But there is a good mudroom for skis, boots etc.

Some of the photos of the lounge are a little different as we have installed a fire place.

This is our first home and our primary residence. When we are away we rent the house out, it's very clean and tidy, and only two years old.
