With direct access to the sprawling balcony from anywhere on the first floor, you can soak up the sunshine on the outdoor lounge suite during the warmer months and enjoy the easy flow of living.

Throughout the home, there are three bedrooms that cater to everybody’s needs. On the first floor, you will find bedroom one with 2 single beds and a set of single bunks. This room has ample closet space as well as easy access to the main bathroom.

Bedroom two is located on the middle level of the home and has a queen bed and views of the garden and beyond.

The Master Suite is located on the top level of the home with a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite. From this room, you have views of Lake Wanaka and enough space to relax and unwind.

Rippon Lea has Wi-Fi throughout, and a home office has been set up in the master suite to ensure peace, quiet, and convenience for the remote worker. In addition ample off street parking is available for the likes of the family boat.

This home is perfectly suited for families and couples who wish to have a relaxing, private and comfortable stay whilst being just moments from the Edgewater Resort on the shores of lake Wanaka and a short 5-minute drive (20-minute walk) to the town centre.
