Minaret Ridge is a four bedroom property situated close to Lake Wanaka in a desirable, quiet residential area. Perfect for family holidays to Wanaka, the property has a bright open plan living area looking out over an established gardens and through onto a reserve. Comfortable leather couches surround the log burner, providing a great spot to relax with a drink and catch up with friends & family. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a family feast, with contrasting tiles to add a modern, funky feel.

Walk through the open plan living area into a separate media room - the perfect spot for the children to watch a movie while the adults socialise. In this space there is also a desk area, just in case you need to fire off a few work emails around your Wanaka adventures. In the garage there is a table tennis table - why not challenge your family to a friendly tournament!

The four bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your suitcase. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. The remaining bedrooms - a queen room and 2 super king rooms that can be split into twin beds - share use of the tiled main bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate powder room.
Use of outdoor areas is prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 7am, according to Queenstown Lakes District Council resource consent regulations.
