Step inside to an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge that comfortably fits the whole crew, whether you`re cooking a big group breakfast or settling in for a movie night by the wood burner.

The kitchen comes well-stocked and ready for serious holiday cooking, and there`s a stack of firewood waiting for you on cold Wanaka evenings.

Upstairs, the kids have their own hangout space — just mind the stairs, as they`re a little steep, so this spot suits older children best. Downstairs, challenge the family to the foosball table in the garage, or enjoy the cricket bats & balls for a game of backyard cricket.

Outside, you`ll find multiple spots to catch the sun or escape it, a spacious backyard, and a patio with glimpses of Treble Cone and the Southern Alps. There`s even room to park the boat.

A children`s playground is a 50-metre stroll away, and it`s a flat 30-minute walk along the lakefront into Wanaka township (or a quick 4-minute drive) — close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet.
