"The room was amazing. Very clean. Spacious. A lot of things provided like pots, pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, silverware, pool/beach toys and cart, etc. everything was described well. We got our code in plenty of time. The only thing is I wish we could have got in the room a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected and had to just drive around to kill time."

"We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up."

"This was our first visit to the Destin/Sandestin area and we loved this area! Beautiful resort, lots of things to do within walking distance or you can take the tram. Beach is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again!"

"Nice condo just a shirt 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Just a few things that could have been better. Coffee pot dripped a lot . Needs updated. Nice beach items to use but no beach towels supplied. Most places I have stayed had them. No dressers to unpack your clothes in. Minimal toilet paper and no hand soap at kitchen. Just a few things that would have made the stay better. Other than that great location to stay and very clean!"

The location is fantastic, probably the best block of Miramar, with public beach access literally across the street, and very close to Pompano Joe’s, the excellent (huge) beach bar and restaurant we love, just to the east, maybe 3 minutes of walking. We had a great time, using for both a beach base and a travel exploration base, driving east to Grayton, Seaside, and Rosemary. Very comfortable. Pictured view is 100% authentic. Parking was always available, though got very close...

"Everything was great! The place was clean and have plenty of space to sit and watch TV or eat a meal together. The only downfall is that the bedroom with the queen bed is incredibly loud; the AC unit is in the closet. It startles you awake every 45 minutes, plus it is generally very loud. Everything else was fantastic!"

"This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at...
