"The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges. "
"my boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel for busch gardens & water country. it was honestly pretty decent for how much I paid. upon walking in tho it was a little dirty (esp in the bathroom and sink) so we had to use our own Clorox wipes and it smelled like smoke. There was also an old blood stain on the blanket— I didn’t notice until the last night :/. otherwise the bed was comfy and the AC was good. the breakfast consisted of muffins, bread, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. it was pretty...
"The front desk staff and housekeeping was so pleasant. I loved every moment there. I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. I will be coming back here again when I go to the area. "
"I almost don't want to hype this property too much and be a bit greedy and keep it to myself. Everything was clean and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this property. Especially if you're headed to Busch Gardens. Only a 10 minute drive. Comfy bed, good wifi and super friendly owners and staff. "
