Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms.. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and is served by a stylish en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A double bed is provided by bedroom two, which is served by an adjacent spacious family bathroom offering bath with shower over. A convenient dressing room completes this floor.

Outside, the large patio area with table and chairs and accompanying barbecue invites alfresco dining. For guests bringing bicycles, gated side access to the garden allows for safe storage. Off-road parking for two cars is available on the driveway to the front of the house.

Little Walsingham boasts one of the best farm shops on the coast, which is located just five minutes from Victory Cottage. Also five minutes walk away, there is a light railway that runs from Walsingham to Wells most of the year. Local excellent places to eat include the Read and Digest Teashop, The Black Lion and The Bull Inn, all a short walk from the property.
