"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"The room had no soap or lotion or shampoo. The tile in the bathroom needed to have the mold removed/killed before they tried to cover it with caulking. The entrance door looked like it needed to be replaced. It looked like it had been drilled into so many times.
On a good note the bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean.

"The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel appeared to have been renovated, and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. We could not hear the people next door at all. Another customer told us they stay there every time they are in the area, and I can see why. I would definitely stay there again."
