I was in town for almost a month with my wife in the hospital down the street at John Muir Medical. I had family rotating in and out with me as well. This location was super convenient and a very well-kept buidling. We were incredibly comfortable at both units we stayed at over a couple of weeks. Highly recommend this buidling.

The beds were large and comfortable and both bathrooms were spacious. The location was great, very walkable community with shops and restaurants handy and a large Target within 200 yards for essentials. Very secure building with a gorgeous rooftop area including a large hot tub. We also loved the 3rd floor open air atrium. Would stay here again. Handy to the BART and freeway.

Quiet location, very clean and right near downtown Walnut Creek, walking distance to all shops and restaurants!! Great amenities and secure parking. Had a glitch with checkin process but they called to help me right away. We will plan to stay again!

The property is extremely clean, well stocked, very comfortable and perfectly located. This was our second stay and it was just as successful as the first time. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The property is convenient with a short walk to great shopping, restaurants and many other conveniences. I highly recommend it!

The positives: - great location as you can walk to everything in Walnut Creek - well appointed kitchen, everything is there The not so positives: - the outdoor space looks into a inner court yard of sorts and rarely gets much sun - didn’t have the access code set up so couldn’t access unit without several calls to property manager - only allocate you one fob which is needed to access the building and the elevator. Impossible for the 4 of us. Finally agreed to give us two fobs which was better but still a challenge - hot tub didn’t work the entire month we were there - forgot to leave us extra sheets (listed as included) and then the cleaning crew didn’t show as scheduled to clean and replace so I had to buy sheets at Target as guests were coming that evening. They said they would reimburse but I haven’t seen it yet - property manager usually responsed quickly but during the sheet incident they just stopped returning my calls, said they were checking with management and went silent.

Apartment was "As Advertised". Clean, comfortable, and stocked with all essentials. Host responded to all our communications & needs within 15 mins or less (weekends and late evenings included). Would stay here again. 5-Star Review and Highly Recommend!!!

The property was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with all of the things we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable and had good closets for storage. It was conducive for working, visiting and vacationing. The location of the property was incredibly convenient - a very short walk to the great shopping and wonderful restaurants and bars in Walnut Creek. The property managers (Advanstay) were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a great stay!

This is a great place to stay and has ADA access as well. We were moving to a new home in Walnut Creek and we used the apartment to stay while the movers got everything into the new home. It was super easy to work with the property managers. Thank you!

Loved our stay! The accommodations were so convenient. The condo had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and stores. The rooftop deck was an added bonus and a fun place to sit with our 8 year old twins. We will absolutely rent again when we come to visit family.
