"Great location and place. Room was very clean. Bed was a bit soft for our liking but otherwise great. Would have been nice if Breakfast was available."
"Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms"
"Travelled from Lancashire on the Friday and stayed until the Monday we were received with a welcome despite arriving late shown to our rooms which were very basic but comfortable. Only criticism no one replenished anything whilst we were there including toilet roll teabags et cetera however I’m sure if we have asked we would’ve got them.
Breakfast was phenomenal lots of choice cooked to perfection to order plenty of juice, cereals, fresh fruit, and yoghurt.
Stuff very friendly and welcoming....

"Great stay! We were not expecting too much based on the price but we were wrong. Natalie (I’m sure thats right) on reception greeted us and had some great tips for us on the local area (and Disney! Thanks for those too). The room was large and clean. Tv was excellent. Ceiling fan was a god send. Pool area very nice and refreshing after a hot day. Can’t even fault the buffet breakfast which was very tasty. Would most definitely stay again in in the area. Thanks!"
"Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"
"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. We liked the convenience and food offered at the property. The bed was also extremely comfortable.
In terms of improvements, the mirror in the bathroom was too far away for shaving, etc - It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror. Also, we felt it was difficult to leave the property by car as the visibility was quite poor and cars pass by quite quickly."

"We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). The ford was good, the beer excellent and the staff friendly and...

"Excelente estadia para dormir e embarcar no dia seguinte no Gatwick. Super prático. Tem ônibus para o aeroporto (5 libras por pessoa) ou se estiver em família sai quase o mesmo valor indo de Uber ou táxi q é mais confortável."

"O hotel é ligado ao Terminal Sul do aeroporto de Gatwick por um corredor coberto. 5, 6 minutos caminhando. Otimo.
O hotel é bonito, limpo, tem 3 restaurantes e um bar. Os restaurantes so abrem as 17h. O bar fica aberto e serve refeições tambem. Alias, nele comi um dos melhores chicken wings da minha vida. O quarto é confortavel. O cafe da manha excelente. No meio da noite o alarme de incendio soou. Ligamos varias vezes pra recepcao pra saber o que estava acontecendo e ninguem nunca atendeu o fone. Meu marido precisou ir la para ser informado tinha sido alarme falso. Mas no restante, o hotel é otimo!"
