I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent 5-day stay at your property.Upon arrival, we had to clean the kitchen ourselves as it was left in an unacceptable state. While we received a partial refund for this, it did not compensate for the poor experience. Additionally, we lacked sufficient hot water for our group of four throughout the stay, and no plumber was sent to address the issue.Most frustratingly, we were subjected to loud construction noise from the neighboring site every morning starting at 6:45 a.m. I specifically asked Ingrid about potential noise before booking due to previous reviews, and she assured me there would be none. Given that the owner of our vacation rental also owns the construction work next door, this lack of transparency is particularly disappointing.As a property manager of over 100 units, I find the lack of accountability and the dismissive responses we received to be highly unprofessional. Suggesting that we simply "ran out" of water and that construction is unavoidable does not excuse the misinformation provided at the time of booking.I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
