"Dormimos uma noite no hotel como ponto de parada em uma viagem pela Austria. O quarto era bem confortável e o café da manhã bem gostoso. Em geral, a atitude dos funcionários da recepção foi que deixou a desejar: eles não eram simpáticos. A impressão inicial foi confirmada quando meu marido sofreu um acidente com uma das velas dos corredores (o hotel tem ambiente medieval e à noite velas acesas são espalhadas ), ele se distraiu e uma vela queimou seu casaco de inverno e o destruiu completamente....

"Hotel ligt aan de weg met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het hotel heeft eigen parkeerplaatsen. Fijne ruime kamer nr 14 op de 3e verdieping met een goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijt! Fijne douche en badkamer. Minibar op de kamer.Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Belangrijk als u slecht ter been bent er is geen lift. Geen restaurant in het hotel wel een bar en kleine hapjes zijn te bestellen. Restaurants op loopafstand aanwezig."

"Room clean and lovely view from the room located at garden side. No AC in room. Luckily we were there during lovely weather. Noisy in the AM from garbage trucks and other vehicles passing by. The road is immediately in front of hotel. Breakfast very nice. There's a front room with full windows allowing you to overlook the gorgeous lake while having breakfast. In the evening we sat on the terrace for a glass of wine and watched the lights come on over the lake. Staff very friendly!"

"Absolut keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Wir sind nachts angekommen und wurden von einem völlig überforderten Check-in-Prozess begrüßt: Der Self-Check-in-Automat war außer Betrieb, kein Personal weit und breit – wir standen buchstäblich vor verschlossenen Türen und konnten nicht einchecken. Das Schlimmste daran: Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotzdem abgelehnt. Für eine Leistung, die schlicht nicht erbracht wurde, zahlt man also trotzdem den vollen Preis. Das ist für mich inakzeptabel.
