Getting to our mountain retreat is part of the adventure, and we recommend arriving by car to fully enjoy the scenic beauty of the Walland area. We provide ample free parking directly on the premises for your convenience. Please note that public transportation is not available in this rural setting. For those flying in, McGhee Tyson Airport is the nearest major hub, located approximately a thirty minute drive from the property. Having your own vehicle will ensure you have the freedom to explore the Great Smoky Mountains and local attractions at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. We are delighted to welcome your pets to stay with you free of charge. Please be mindful of our quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We recommend arriving by car as public transportation is not available in this rural area, and we provide ample free parking on the premises for your convenience. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book this property.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
