"Clean room, and easy check in process. They offer you at glass of wine at check in. This is a remodeled motel and they did a great job doing it. Very cute community space by the front desk with comfotable seating areas, board games, coffee, tea and microwave. "We checked in and they told me my reservation was canceled. They attempted to charge my card one day before our arrival and it was declined. I made the reservation months in advance for concert and had since received fraud charges and cancelled the card. Instead of the hotel contacting me about it they just cancelled my room!! No where when I made the reservation did it say they would charge my card the day before. And who doesn’t call the customer before they cancel your room? The concert is as...
