Designed across four levels, this contemporary townhome is especially well suited for friends or couples traveling together. Three bedrooms are spread across separate levels, each with its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone a comfortable sense of privacy at the end of the day.

The main living level is made for time together, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and fireplace. From there, continue all the way up to what really sets 275 Vue apart—the rooftop.

Gather for dinner outdoors, open a bottle from the day’s tastings, or settle into the private hot tub as the sun goes down. With generous rooftop seating, a grill, and views over the neighborhood, it’s a great way to end a day in Walla Walla.

With downtown practically at your doorstep, three private bedroom suites, and a rooftop made for Walla Walla evenings, 275 Vue makes it easy to park the car and enjoy the best of the Valley.

Things to Note

• Stairs: 275 Vue is a four-level townhome with multiple open stairways and no elevator. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor, but stairs are required to access the main living and kitchen level, additional bedroom suites, and rooftop.

• Ages 12+: Due to the open stairways and multi-level layout, the home is suitable for guests ages 12 and older.

• No Pets: This is a pet-free property.

• Garage: The garage is not available for guest use.

• Hot Tub: The rooftop hot tub is professionally serviced between guests. Please follow all posted hot-tub guidelines during your stay.

Vrbo Security Device Disclosure
Exterior Security Camera: A doorbell camera is located at the front entrance and monitors the front-door area. The camera has motion detection and live-view capabilities and remains active during guest stays. There are no cameras inside the home.
HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the approved overnight occupancy without prior authorization may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or deodorization required as a result of smoking or vaping may be charged to the reservation.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we ask that you please let us know prior to arrival so our team is aware ahead of your stay.

Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Your reservation includes accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

Guests remain responsible for damage that is not covered, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of the House Rules.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted rules and operating instructions for property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and BBQs.

Additional cleaning, repair, or servicing required due to misuse or excessive debris may be charged to the reservation. This includes draining and refilling a hot tub when necessary.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food waste, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. Any cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DIRECT BOOKINGS

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.*
Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.

*The $10 booking fee and credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Marriott Homes & Villas are subject to the cancellation policy and terms of the platform through which the reservation was booked. Please refer to your reservation details on that platform for the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.

Early departures are non-refundable.
