I was driving through for our road trip my Bestfriend and I. Picked this property to stay at. The check-in process wasn’t too bad. Got all checked in and then proceed to our room. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and there was dried throw up on the walls and floor.
I was absolutely disgusted and still is. I went and talked with the front desk (which was the manager) the next morning. She said I should have call. At 2am I’m not thinking. I’m barely awake. That there is nothing she can do because she was getting a complaint anyway.
After check out and a few hours later. I get a random charge for $250 on my credit card. I called the property and lady at the front desk said it was for a pet charge. My Bestfriend or I did not have a pet. She said there is nothing she can do and I would have to call the manager. Which I did right after getting off the phone. And have yet to hear back from her.
Overall the experience was less than ideal.
