"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und der Garten mit Pool entsprachen in allen Punkten den Abbildungen und unsere Erwartungen wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. "

"Großes, schönes Haus mit vielen überraschenden Räumen und kreativen Lösungen in dem alten Gemäuer, umgeben von einem großen, vielfältigen Garten. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Nisa verbracht und ein tolles Familienfest gefeiert. Unsere Festrunde aus 14 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab genug Platz für eine lange Tafel, Spiel- und Tobemöglichkeiten für die Kinder und viele Rückzugsorte. Der Vermieter...

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Wir haben unseren Kurztrip in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage zwischen Speyer und Landau ist sehr gut. "

"Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der wunderbare Pool, der nach dem Wandern und Radfahren zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Für die Räder gab es sogar einen Platz in der Garage mit Ladestation, wirklich alles Bestens. Restaurant und Bäcker alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein schöner Platz - in der Pfalz - um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. "

"lugar incrível, o hotel por fora parece simples mas por dentro e lindo, a sala de recepção e maravilhosa, a parte da piscina aquecida e saunas muito agradável. O quarto, roupa de cama, banheiro com ducha perfeito, tudo tudo maravilhoso. café da manhã com variedades de queijos, presuntos, geleias, pães e frutas. Um cantinho com salsichas, ovos mexidos, ovos cozidos e batatinhas. Como chegamos tarde, pegamos um buffet maravilhoso com um bife perfeito, pelo preço de 28euros por pessoa, com direito a sobremesa. Voltaria a ficar lá com certeza."
