Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways presents Latitude Adjustment, designed with guest comfort in mind. A large deck stretches along the West side of the home with wind protection for your comfort. There is a sunken hot tub with direct access to the primary suite. Step off the deck where a private beach path leads right to the water's edge and a 7 mile stretch of sandy beach.

Upstairs the floor plan is open and bright, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances. There are 4 total bedrooms, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The primary suite is steeped in luxury with double vanity, tiled walk in shower, soaking tub and TV! On game day, hang out downstairs and enjoy rooting for your favorite team on the 75" flat screen TV with smart BluRay player. The wet bar is a perfect place to set out hors d'oeuvres and drinks. At half time have fun in the garage where there is a super game room with Pool, Ping Pong and Shuffle Board.

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Waldport is the perfect location for your retreat. Be adventurous and try your hand at clamming or crabbing right in Alsea Bay. Then come home and enjoy your seafood feast on the beach around a warm bonfire.

Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's allowed per HOA rules
Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
