Gourmet chef's kitchen open to the living room with a conveniently located outdoor grill just steps away makes entertaining easy. Outdoor wraparound deck with hammock, large couch, and unobstructed ocean views are perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

Entertainment: Wifi, Sonos sound throughout, 65” TV in the living room overlooking the ocean, 150" HD projection screen in the theater, shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, hot tub, board games.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom is off the living room with queen bed, gas fireplace, small sitting deck, and gorgeous master bath with shower and large soaking tub. French doors connect the master to the front sitting room. Leave the doors open to enjoy the ocean views or close them to create another private bedroom with a queen Serta Neverflat air mattress.

Located downstairs is a private bedroom with queen bed and view of the ocean and a quiet bunk room with four queen beds and room darkening shades. There are also large comfortable couches available, making it easy to spread out even more.

Parking for up to 6 cars. Wagon and wheelbarrow available to carry items down to the beach. Firewood available upon request. Top of stairs baby gate, high chair, Baby Einstein Neptune’s Ocean Discovery Jumper plus other miscellaneous baby toys available for use.

Please note, if you are bringing a pet a $50 flat fee will be charged per animal per stay. Please let us know in advance at the time of booking how many pets will be joining your group. We reserve the right to charge a $200 carpet cleaning fee if we discover that pets were brought into the home without advance permission.

PLEASE NOTE:

As with all homes in this area, our HOA has very tight restrictions on parking any sort of boat, trailer or RV in front of the house. If you wish to park one we are happy to apply for approval but will need a couple of weeks notice and approval is not guaranteed.
